Psychological & Psychoeducational Assessments

Assessment Process

Discover a deeper understanding of yourself with our Psychological and Psychoeducational Assessments. Uncover insights into cognitive, emotional, and educational aspects, empowering you to make informed decisions for personal growth and well-being.  Explore our expert assessments and continue reading to learn about the step-by-step process, unlocking the path to self-discovery and positive change.

  1. Comprehensive Intake Appointment: At the outset, our psychologist will engage in an in-depth discussion about your or your child's symptoms and history, laying the foundation for a tailored assessment.
  2. Direct Assessment Administration: Scheduled for 1 to 3 hour sessions, you or your child will undergo direct assessments, often conducted on a computer or tablet, without any physical discomfort. While emotional responses may arise, you have the flexibility to terminate the assessment at any point.
  3. Self/Other Report Measures: Following the assessment, you'll receive a list of links for self or other report measures. Take charge by sharing these links with your designated respondents, such as parents, partners, or friends.
  4. Interpretation and Integration: Our psychologist meticulously scores and interprets all assessments, seamlessly integrating them into a comprehensive psychological assessment report. Any applicable diagnoses and personalized recommendations are carefully determined.
  5. Feedback Session: Engage in a feedback session where the psychologist shares test results, diagnoses, and recommendations. For assessments involving children, a separate feedback session may be scheduled, considering the child's age.
  6. Report Request: Upon completion, you can request a copy of the detailed report through our provided Request for Records form, ensuring you have access to valuable insights and recommendations.
