Meet Dr. Safvati, a distinguished Licensed Clinical Psychologist practicing in Los Angeles, California and Ontario, Canada. Dr. Safvati began her career in community mental health specializing in early childhood. As her passion for assessment grew she transitioned to working directly in test publishing and supporting other professionals in their assessments. She found her way back to the clinical space where she developed the assessment program for one of California's largest mental health clinics. Ultimately, in 2016 she founded Tiny Steps Developmental Services in Los Angeles. The clinic continues to provide psychotherapy and psychological assessment under the supervision of Dr. Safvati. In 2019 Dr. Safvati moved to Oshawa, Ontario to raise her family. Seeing the need for psychological services, particularly psychoeducational and psychological assessments, she began her journey to develop Agius Psychology.
